Dondrae Bremner

FIELDING COORDINATOR
HITTING INSTRUCTOR

Dondrae Bremner brings a wealth of high-level playing experience and a passion for player development to Paradigm. Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Dondrae competed at some of the highest levels of amateur baseball, representing Canada on the Canadian Junior National Team and competing in the 2017 U-18 Baseball World Cup. His accomplishments earned him a selection by the Cincinnati Reds in the 31st round of the 2017 MLB Draft before continuing his academic and athletic career at the University of Cincinnati.

At Cincinnati, Dondrae competed as an infielder and served as a team captain during his final two seasons. His experience as both a player and a leader shaped his understanding of what it takes to develop at the highest levels of the game. He learned that success in baseball extends well beyond natural ability—it requires consistency, accountability, hard work, and the ability to respond to both success and failure.

Those lessons continue to define Dondrae's approach to coaching. His goal is to help players develop not only their physical skills, but also the confidence, discipline, and understanding of the game necessary to reach their potential. He emphasizes strong fundamentals, learning how to think the game, and creating an environment where players are challenged to improve while still enjoying the process.

Whether working with a young player learning the fundamentals or an advanced athlete pursuing collegiate opportunities, Dondrae brings the same commitment to preparation, development, and growth. He believes every player has an opportunity to improve, and that the right instruction, work ethic, and mindset can make a lasting difference.

At Paradigm, Dondrae strives to give every player the tools to leave the field more confident, more prepared, and more passionate about the game.
